Celebrate the Feast Day of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop with Us

Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Penola by Father Paul Gardiner SJ and Father Peter Fountain, Parish Priest, at 10.00am on 8 August the feast day of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
Children from Penola’s Mary MacKillop Memorial School will participate in the Mass with representatives of senior students from St Anthony’s Catholic School, Millicent and Tenison Woods College, Mount Gambier. At the Mary MacKillop Penola Centre refreshments will be available for all visitors during the day. A coach with people from Elwood, Victoria will look through the displays in the Interpretive Centre and Schoolhouse, have lunch at the Centre and a town tour.
All are welcome to join us on the 8th August to celebrate this special day.
